Harnessing the cool foggy mornings and the warm and breezy afternoons associated with the nearby Petaluma Gap to create bright, juicy and fresh red fruit.
Opening with aromas of red cherry, cola and vanilla bean.
the 2021 vintage offers an enticing and medium-bodied entry followed by flavors of red fruit, arugula and coriander with a balanced acid throughout.
This wine would be best enjoyed alongside veggie pakoras or a fresh tomato and feta salad.
